I am an integrative psychotherapist who utilizes mindfulness and compassion based approaches to helping people. The principles of cognitive behavioral therapy are woven together with my experiential training in psychodrama, imagery and EMDR to offer an attachment based approach and work collaboratively with you. This will help you gain awareness of the patterns from your past and present that are impacting your life and foster change that will ultimately promote an increase in self-regulation and well-being.

Therapy is done in a safe and compassionate space in which your strengths and resources can be accessed and the negative experiences from the past that continue to affect the present can be processed and resolved.
